As a seller, all I want to do is get an e-mail marketing templates designed and built, they are ready for the new content will be added as needed. This is a nice and easy way of doing things.
Although you know for sure what your brand projects on the web, make sure to perform better in their marketing campaigns via email, so you need to know how a structure.
Here are my suggestions on how to do effective email marketing with templates.
General structure
The general structure of marketing email templates is common: the flag, the title, copy and footnotes, but sometimes you need to add some variations.
For example, you can add a preheader at the top, place the logo smaller, consistent with the title and at least a warning at the top of the email. It is also important to ensure that its structure and the copy, look the same in all email clients.
1. Background Images
The first thing to mention is that while background images are very nice, almost any client will pay attention – including Outlook 2010. So you better make sure your email looks quite well without them, perhaps by using an appropriate background color.
2. The preheader
This is small text at the top of the email and is the first thing a recipient sees when they open the email, whether or not loaded images.
